“From here, I no longer fly alone; I fly in cooperation, and the act of pausing integrates with that of continuing. From here, conflict becomes a seed, divergence a process, sisterhood an inspiration, and community a method.” Barbara Santos
About Guadalupe
I am a Morelian woman, mother, artist, and independent worker. Since 2014, I have been involved in various collective efforts to defend territories and make visible the violences affecting them.
Beginning in 2020, I became involved with the Theatre of the Oppressed and have since worked to bring this method to social movements I engage with, promoting awareness of gender-based violence both within and beyond territorial defence.
